If a user get's a message from an auto responder that it takes long to have a free agent, it is possible to add two buttons with a bot/trigger
1) keep waiting
2) mail the already asked question to our ticketsystem
Is there a possibilty to mail this already typed question to a mailaddress?

Hi,
1. Just add quick reply button which would do nothing in general
2. Out of the box there is no response type send email, but you can use rest api trigger to call some api to send email. Or you can redirect visitor to offline form for him to leave a message. There is sample in documentation.
