Websites Frozen due to the chat widget

Hello

I host this chat module on my websites and the websites are frozen when the chat tool popsup.

earlier version used to work even a chat tool popsup

The scrolling method is not working on the website.

I am using 3.70 ,,, my be I will upgrade to 3.71 today but why does the scrolling doesn't work
