Sending images with mobile app

Hey,

is it possible or will it be possible to send pictures via mobile app?
What is the button next to the textfield on the left site in the app supposed to do? when i click on it, just a half screen tall white field appears. on ios and android.

Hi,

At the moment if you accept a chat and click on this icon. Canned messages list would be populated there. To send images or files back to customer there is no such option at the moment.
