prefill offline message with chat messages in the embed mode
Hello,
In the Widget embed/click mode, if I use "default" or "popup", the "Leave a message" form will prefill the offline message with chat messages. But if I use "embed" or "Static URL", it will not prefill the offline message with chat messages.
Did I do anything wrong?
