Problems renaming
||||I am using a translator|||||
Hello everyone! I am configuring and wanted to change the name of my page. Right now his name is Live Helper Chat - Live assitance. When I go to Settings - Chat Settings - Copyright, and I try to change the name, the page tells me this.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I am using the administrator account. Can somebody help me? I have no programming knowledge and would like a simple answer. Thanks: D

1. Issue is with your server confiugration and what to change I dob't know. As most likely you are using IIS with which I'm not familiar.
