Error during upgrade - stuck in "Site maintenance"

Hi,

I am upgrading from 3.57 to 3.64. I am unable to log in due to Site maintenance.

The message I get is "This service is currently unavailable", etc.

in /cache/default.log there is the error:

A query failed internally in Persistent Object: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'lh_users.avatar' in 'field list'

Is there a way I can fix my database?

Seems you did not followed update procedure.

Follow this document to update database.
https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/upgrading/

Copy from doc/shell/upgrade.php file to root folder of LHC
In your browser type chatfolder/upgrade.php, it will update database to the most recent version and clear cache automatically
Delete upgrade.php from root folder

I am using the softaculous system to run updates, I will let them know there is a problem with their system.
