Notifications problems

Hi everyone here again!

I’ve been having a trouble with notifications in the app.
Yesterday, when I opened the app I had a pending chat, but it never notified me.
Today, it happened again, a client requested chat support and it didn’t notify.

Luckily, I’m requesting the email, so Im able to contact him later by mail.

When it happens, I open start the app it seems this is loading, so it shows the circle symbol.
I have an IPhone device, software version 14.2 iOS.

Hope you can help me ?
