File download Issue

Dear Help person,

As an operator, when I try to download files, it gives me file with 0 bytes. The file with actual size is available in the server. Let me know how to resolve this?

Dear Help,

As an end user after sharing my screen to the operator, I see this blue box with message "Screen shared Click to finish". Even after clicking it does not close. Any clues to resolve this?

Seems it's just issues with your server and it's configuraiton. As there is no errors, the only way solve this to have personal look. And for that is commercial support.
