Change Visitor nick name in widget
A simple question, but I didn't find an answer in the documentation or in the forum.
Is it possible to change the name of "visitor" in widget chat window?
If so, how to do it?

No,
Bit of you use widget themes, you can change general style of messages so visitor would not be shown.
