small textarea issue

There is a small textarea input issue.  For example to duplicate the issue:
1. Open the FAQ widget on the sidebar. 2. Click question tab.3. Now type in a message in the textarea (but do not submit it yet)4. Now click anywhere outside the textarea to remove the focus5. Now pretend that you made a typo and try to go back and correct your text (restoring focus). 
Issue:  when trying to correct text after you have left focus, the whole text is highlighted and is removed when you begin to type. 
This could cause agrivation to visitor who has typed a long question or reply and then must retype the question again because it is removed when trying to edit it.
