Unanswered statistic

Hi,
I'm search unanswered chats and see many results,
I'll opened them and user don't left before answer,

can you explain how to count and find unanswered chats ?

This is new part I did today so you would need to update

Read related sections. In new version there is simple checkbox `Abandoned chat` in statistic filtering options. How it works you can read in documentation.
