Emailing user
I am trying to figure out your new dashboard and can't find where to email the user. Where is their email address?
(It is required, and used to show up in the chatbox so if I missed a chat I could simply click the email link)

Under visitor section on right column you will see send email

It just says recipient email. Is that correct?
