Canned Messages disappear

Hi,
in LHC v3.60, after I take a chat, if I click on "canned messages" I have:
- if administrator all works great!
- if user the select disappear and in developer console says "map is not a function" in this point https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/liveh … es.js#L111
