Twilio policies

Hi all,
I'm upgrading LHC from v3.12 to v3.61.

I use Twilio extension to integrate Whatsapp and LHC and I have this problem:
- on LHC v3.12 all works great!
- on LHC v3.61, when there is an ongoing whatsapp chat, user can't answer. All others ongoing chats works great!

Maybe this is a policy problem because if I login with administrator role, all works great!!

I reviewed all chat permissions (https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/chat/chat)
adding also 'lhchat','writeremotechat' but it did't resolve.
Users still see the Whatsapp chat but, when they try to take it, there is this message:
'You do not have permission to access the current chat or chat was merged/deleted!'

Which are the minimum permissions that let user take and write on a pending chat?
There is a difference between 'normal' chats (all OK) and 'twilio' chats (NOK)?
There is a way/tip to debug this strange behaviour?
There is a way to test incoming twilio chats with restapi?

Great remdex, resolved in discord !!!

Resolved adding 'lhchat','open_all' policy !!!

Maybe this policy was introduced between LHC v3.12 and LHC v3.61 so users did not have it.
