Maybe sometime add a setting in admin in the email template area to assign a default signature
current email default (in email template)

and then inside the config, the signature can be assigned as we want

I was just thinking about a default but yes if you want to do it to that level that would be even better. Maybe have a default in admin config, and then in user profile have a input for it, if no value in user profile then default is used.
That would be great.
