sorry, I didn't explain it correctly, there is a WHATSAPP sending API on this site app.chat-api.com they provide an API to send whatsapp and receive responses, would it be possible to integrate in LIVE HELPER?

Yes,
You would have to make something similar to https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/telegram or https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/twilio extensions.

I don't think, at the moment but I'm not sure.
Maybe with API https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/dev … /rest-api/ but I don't know.

in my opinion twilio is the best application/software to integrate an chat api, because once I used twilio with this gb whatsapp which is a third party open source applicaation and it work amazing...

LHC does not limit what API you can integrate you can integrate any as you want as long you correctly define incoming webhook structure
