Problem upgrading database

Hi

I have a problem with upgrading database on server where internet connection is allowed only through proxy server

I have set http_proxy and https_proxy in /etc/profile.d/proxy.sh

The problem is that Live helper chat 3.29 is still telling me that it has the latest version of database.

Where do I have to set the proxy settings so Live helper chat will use it to download DB update?

Hi,

If you update lhc to recent version (replace files according to upgrade manual). You can update  database by running
php cron.php -s site_admin -c cron/util/update_database

It would update database from local files.
