Old Widget

Hello guys,

After day four my chat stopped working.
Now I managed to make it work with that new integration option (widgetnew)
However the direct access link is not working and I was unable to resolve it.

Old code used:

New code (widget new):
domain.com.br/lhc_web/index.php/por/chat/start/(department)/2

but both don't work, could you help me?
