After updating, return to the installation screen

Hello good afternoon, The chat was installed and in version 28, after clicking to upgrade, a counter started and after this after logging in it always goes to the installation page. I even tried to rollback the files through CPANEL, but still go back to the installation screen. Is there any way around?

After you clicked update database in back office you have to replaces files according to this instruction.
