Automatic change of widget status

Hello.
First, i want to express my admiration for your project and thank you for your input.

I also ask you to help me figure out lhc settings...
How to change status of an offline widget to online status and start a dialogue with visitor after sending an offline message?
eg:
-visitor sends message offline.
-operator answers it.
-at the visitor changes offline widget to online one and displays old message and operator's message.

Now i have: when operator replies to an offline message, the visitor is shown an offline widget, and on page refresh - widget changes to online, but there are no messages.
How to make old user message and the operator's message appear in online widget?

You can't offline message is an offline message. End of story.

But you can. Try to do following trick

But in general you just should send him an e-mail

But you can. Try to do following trick

Dear, Remigijus.
Everything works great. You trick work fine.
Operator receives an offline message, changes "offline" status to "online", responds to message and visitor can join dialogue. All ok!

But...!

If i enable proactive invitations for example 5 pageviews.
During a dialogue with operator and at same time turning pages, after five pages of viewing, a proactive invitation message appears in chat instead of an active dialogue, those old dialogue disappears and a proactive invite message appears.
This also happens when a message is sent, visitor continued to turn the pages, flipped more than 5 pages with offline widget, and at this time, operator turned on chat and answered offline message, but in widget displays only a proactive message.
Moreover, on side of operator, all messages are displayed correctly, problem is only on side of visitor.

is this how it should work?
this is normal?
...as if the proactive message takes precedence over everything else.

Yes it’s normal and intended behaviour. As it seems younare mixing started converstation which is never overriden by proactive chat. So it means tou just mixing somethinn. If you need personal look there is always commercial help. If you prove it’s buf it’s free

I think what done logic proactive invitations is used when status is offline and instead of messages from the visitor and operator, a proactive message appears.
Chat configuration=>online tracking=>"Should invitation logic be executed if there is no online operators" disable

Yes.
I updated.
everything is fine, now we can see messages)))
...this proactive message still appears even after operator has accepted chat and answered.
but these are trifles.
I am very glad that you understood what i wrote to you before
