How - Where? can I set the local system time so all posts/chats and events are tracked based on my time zone.
For Eg: Setting the hours of support availability for Departments. This needs to be set with out local time settings so we can work around those support hours. Currently they are set to the default time zone which i think is U.S. time.
Please assist asap as this is causing us major problems,

Hi,
At the moment we use system/php defined time zone. As for you i suggest just edit index.php and set there your timezone at the beginning of file. It would solve your problem.

i'm just set date_default_timezone_set('Asia/Jakarta'); to my first line after <?php on my index.php, and it works.

Would it now be good to have the timezone settings specific to users? This way, users in different time zones can have their own time in the chat.

Since 1.83 version i have made it configurable. It can be configured per application level and per user level.http://livehelperchat.com/new-version-1.83v-even-more-users-requested-features-261a.html
