No message sending with activated captcha

My dear support.
Sorry for bombarding you with stupid questions.
I again faced an incomprehensible moment- messages from offline widget stopped sending. When the send button is pressed, nothing happens.
The problem occurs when i activate the captcha.
Im use last lhc, cleaned cashe.
Please help.

LHC by default has a captcha, and this option you are talking is not intended to work with a new widget.
