Multiple Clients, One Install, Custom Embed Code

Wow.  LHC is very advanced since I last saw it.  Kudos, Rem!

Now to my question.  I saw the Youtube video explaining how multiple clients can be supported using one installation.  Looks like departments, user groups, users and permissions would need to be adjusted to do this properly within LHC.

I am wondering whether I can use a unique alphanumeric code (instead of department id, or user number, or user group) to activate the chat window and link to a department/group. 

For example, if I have 2 different clients, they might have websites at client1.domain.com, client2.domain.com.  client1 and client2 are the unique alphanumeric codes I am referring to.

Is there a way to align the alphanumeric code, embed code, department code, group, etc.?

If I have 100 groups, is there a way that user/department/account creation can be automated?
