New Widget RTL

Dear Remigijus

Good Afternoon and hope all goes well.

I just test and compare the OLD widget with new widget with RTL language,

1-The new widget start chat form and popup is not RTL and the content are in the left side. / but OLD widget is absolutely ok.

2-The new widget form in popup is very simple and dose not have any frame and close button and logo aria. but old widget looks better.

3- new widget dose not have transcript feature / but old widget has.

4- need help widget is the same/ is not RTL and old widget style is more eye catchy.

Just curious to know that do you have any development plan in future to fix this small issues with new widget as i think it's still beta?

1. Maybe.

3. Most likely someday.
4. RTL Most likely, style you can adjust yourself in themes.

And you can always speedup things by sponsoring some of the features

I pushed few updates.
1. Should be fine now
2. Popup also should respect language layout now.
3. Eye catcher layout adjusted for RTL language.

The rest will have to wait.

I tried your recent update for RTL language , It's much better now and the labels are adjusted on the right side of the form in widget and popup which is good.

Dear Remigijus

There is small other issue. I thought that it may be good to report you about RTL, Chat widget / chat-dropdown-options icon.

As the chat-dropdown icon position is on left, so when the user click on it not able to see the dropdown menu items in chat widget.

(with chrome browser, is fine)

Wondering how may fix this issue with the other browsers such as firefox!

I don't see this issue on my firefox menu is in correct postion. Perhaps you did not updated or it's just firefox cache issue.

I tried with privet window and there is no issue, you are right and i think it's cache issue.

One more question about RTL/New widget , As you may know old widget "need help" was not shown in mobile view and its visible only with landscape mode which was very good feature, Is it possible to have the same feature with the new widget please?

This one won't be changed as new need help widget looks quite good on both modes. You can adjust it's size in themes if you want to play around

Thanks for adding chat transcript on v3.46!

Just want to let you know, I guess must add content for translation chat transcript for new widget, because the "Cancel" button , Chat transcript form top header"send chat" and chat transcript button title, in other language is in English.

for example i did translate all "Cancel" word in German. but it's still English, that's why i think must add related translation to the translation folder.

Translations are updated once I pull. I have not done yet it from transifex. While waiting you can download translated file yourself
