Hi,
I had a doubt, is there any configuration to keep the chat history as the customer talks, even if he ends the call?

In Widget themes => Widget container tab there is "Show previous chat messages in chat widget." option.

Thanks, it worked perfectly for what I needed.
And on this screen there are many options for customizing the widget for customers. It is very good to have the knowledge of this screen !!
