I just tried to test translation for Schedule a callback direct from.
example this path //index.php/ger/cbscheduler/schedule/
I created translation folder at /extension/cbscheduler/translations/de_DE/translation.ts
But still I see the English content,I did clean the cash too,
really applogise for alot of questions

Sorry for that can't help. Make sure your widget is in german langauge. If you need personal support there is commercial support for that. I helped as mutch i could already.
First thing you can do you can try to translate some strings which are visible in back office as I did for LT language.

For visitor side, try to disable network cache as translations request are cached heavily. You can do that from google chrome console network tab.

I just have a small suggestion for this extension:
When the user submit a callback request, It will good if office panel send an Email notification to operator that some one requested a callback.
Otherwise the operator may miss the client requests as may forget to check Module/Callback Scheduler/reservations everyday.

Again other question raised up
the callback works great with the direct form, and also with the command, But when test it with the button to open as a modal window , this message has popup "we do not have any free slots for a callback" but the slots are created and working with the direct form.
Here is my code , ( tested with both old and new widget )

1. You are using old embed code with new API it won't work.
2. For CB scheduler to show slots you have to pass department in embed code. I ques it's possible to extend and set default department in extension configuration. But that's additional work. Original customer always passes one department not passing department scenario is not foreseen.
And seems you are trying to do something non standard... Like open popup and show scheduler. That workflow is not foreseen.
I added explain what's exactly required for direct schedule callback to work.

Thank you so much, I select the department in widget and it's solved .
I seen that you updated some files for this extension, is it possible to update the released version as well?
Because as i replaced the new updated files with the old files and update db execute, (install.sql) i faced some error. I think it may because of composer matter.
