Page embed code never works?

Hello,

I have previously posted a query regarding popups have no themes functionality which you have clarified to use custom css.
In order to make my own home page design, I have planned to implement the page embed code into a html.

I have used the instance from LiveHelperchat demo <a href="http://assuredsol.com/sample">here</a>

Why cannot the visitor type a message after his first message. I have tried this rigorously but it is still not working.

Can you please have a check?
