Desktop Win Client
After login to desktop client I can't chat or written to online support. All tabs in chat room is blank.
Any solution ?
(If I login to demo server everything work fine.)

Without more information than just "it does not work". Really does not help to identify the problem...
So no idea basically.

Site widget and backend (admin) work fine. After client send request for online help in admin show it. But if I login to my support by desktop client, switch to online i have always pending chat blank and i cant connect with client a send any message.

Sorry, but it's the same. I need technical errors. Not just something does not work phrases.
1. See your server error logs. Perhaps there you will find something.

show error is true and disable chache, but no error display.
If check network trafic on Mikoritk and I connect to demo server is connection established to 94.23.200.91:80
But if I connect to my server web hosting server connection is established, close, established, closed .. every 1 sec is conection down.
Problem will be there, but I not know why. Server is not my, is it public web hosting server.
