Close chat session after a while

Hi,

I configured a bot to answer users, but after users close their browser´s tab, they stay connected.

If it possible to config LHC so it closes every bot chat after 10 minutes of inactivity?

I changed the config "Automatic bot chats closing. 0 - disabled, n > 0 time in minutes before chat is automatically closed" to 10, but it didn´t work.

Am I missing something?
