Pre Chat HTML

Hi,

I have three sites that I want to run Live Helper Chat on - easy to create a different theme for each site which is fantastic but how do I have different pre-chat HTML on each site?

You just create a three themes for each website different. Also you can create a a three different start chat records by department

I think you are saying that I should not be using the pre-chat HTML field but use start chat records instead?

You can use and have custom text by deparment either by theme or by

"Start chat settings
* Default settings
* List of start chat settings" just use this and have custom start chat settings by department
