How to End Chat using a bot
Hi,
After I close a chat using a bot trigger, user still has to end chat using the X button.
Is there a way (maybe a javascript command) so I can do it automatically?

Hi,
Yes. Use response type "Update current chat" and there choose action Close chat

Unfortunately I already used. Then it shows the message I posted above.
I have to click on the gear and then on the X so it really closes the chat.

This command itself closes chat session so visitor can't write anymore to the chat. But in order to close widget itself it's another thing to add . But in general I don't think it would be good idea as you want still allow for them to print a chat as example

Also you can translate english text on transifex so I merge them to official version

I have that need too. It would be great to be able to end the session. If the user wants to print, they can do so before ending the session. Is there a way to end the session?
