How to open link in new tab

Good afternoon.
When I use this code (<a href="https://www.google.com" target="_blank"> Go to Google in a new page </a>) inside a text between the [html] tags [/ html]. The link page is not opened in a new tab. It opens within the chat. How do I make the text link behave like the link on the List buttons?

I just tested and for me it works...
