How do i integrate Live Help with Joomla 3
Hi,
I want to use the widget embed code on our joomla based intranet site. Can anybody lead me on how to do this.I tried the chatbox embed code, and it works fine, but i want users to be directed to a department.

Hi,
You have to use live help widget, not chatbox. There you can pre-choose department.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I tried that. That only thin is that there are two parts on the code. I don't know which and where to put it. With the chatbox, i just add it to the index.php of the joomla template, and it works.

Hi,
You can choose just bottom right position and there will be the only one javascript and you can put it just at the footer template. That's all.
