Bot chats statistics

Hi,
There's already a statistics module, but can't find anywhere bot chat statistics.
What I need is the percentage of chosen options for each bot an dhow many of the users continued to speak with an agent. Is there any way to achieve this?

For now i'm just querying the db with specific words and classify to which option they went to.
I also tried to add some letters to "Arguments" of each option in the bot definition just to make the query more simple, but it feels like a bad workaround.
Do you have any solution for this?

At the moment I don’t have sutch capabilities. Next releases for sure will have something for this, but not at the moment. For one client i just extended elastic search extension to include these stats...
