Problems with Telegram integration

Hi, I recently installed Live Helper Chat without any problems, but I am not able to integrate Telegram to the LHC. Going step by step, I wonder where I'm going wrong.

The directory where the lhctelegram is installed is /var/html/extension/lhctelegram

"1. Activate extension in settings/settings.ini.php file"

In the directory lhctelegram/settings, the file is named "settings.ini.default.php", need I rename this file to "settings.ini.php"? I activated it this way, that's right?

"2. Install composer requirements with. You have to download composer or just have it installed already."

"3. Execute doc/install.sql on database manager or just run. You will have to wait 10 seconds for queries to be executed."

I ran "Clean Cache" but Telegram is still not showing up in the Modules, anyone can help me?

You have to put lhctelegram in main settings file, not extension settings file
