Proactive chat config

Hi

I have configured pro-active chat for my website. I have set the setting "Time on site in seconds" as 30. So, after 30 seconds, the proactive invitation appears for my website, but suppose that I closed it, it doesn't appear again.

I have also set the setting "Proactive message timeout in hours. After how many hours proactive chat mesasge should be shown again." to "0.083"(5 min) in Chat Config->Online Tracking.

Also,
"Disable HMTL5 storage, check it if your site is switching between http and https" is "checked" &
"How many seconds for a user to be considered as being online" is "15" &
"Check for messages from the operators, interval in seconds" is "15" &
"Automatically check for messages from the operator/invitation messages ?" is "checked ".

What other settings should I do for the pro-active chat to appear again.Please do respond.

You can set after how many hours invitation should be shown again in chat configuration
"Proactive message timeout in hours. After how many hours proactive chat mesasge should be shown again."
