That's server issue not LHC itself. Contact your server administrator. And send him URL which produces this.

As for notice.
This i think happens because of mod_security, I have seen this few times. I will try to remake one part at home, to avoid this.

My hostgator server does not allow it, I'll have to take something else, I will ask to change the rules of mod_security.
In my log shows this: lhc.realizeseusplanos.com.br Access denied with code 403 (phase 2). Match of "http:/% {SERVER_NAME beginsWith} /" against "MATCHED_VAR" required. I hired a VPS server, so this does not happen, anyway this is bad ... I contacted support and am awaiting a answer them.

Solved ... need to take the log of the error mod_security on the server, and make a rule in mod_security tanks
