Why my bot is not responding meessages from Twilio Whatsapp?

Hello, I have installed the twilio plugin and usign whatsapp to receive messages from the users, It's working perfectly but I not sure Why my bot is not responding, My bot has a defalut message and works perfectly if the user sends message from the client web page usign the widget. What Can i do for this? Thanks in advance.

Because, what's app as facebook is not supported for bot workflow. In the future it should support, but just not at the moment.
