Chat link (Static URL) to run chat

Greetings
I have faced strange issue as following with ver 3.34:
when i try to access lhc as user , example : "domain.con/livehelp"  the chat form is browsing with out my theme style and not with SSL to,(here is the picture) but i have separate lhc version 3.29 at path "domain.com/chat" and when i brows the path as a user it will work fine, (here is the picture) is there any chance to help me what's wrong with this ?

please accept my apologize,

I have 2 version of lhc 3.34 and 3.29

With version 3.34, when i am browsing lhc path example : mydomain.com/livehelp / Logo,footer is not visible in the chat form  page is not running with my SSL, but when i click on chat widget and click on pop up, the chat screen window is good it has my footer and logo and run with ssl,

my question is why when i try to brows mydomain.com/livehelp the chat form is not running footer and logo and ssl, whiles i dont have this problem with version 3.29

Because default URL was changed to new widget which has minimal interface just so only chat is presented

Many thanks for your kind reply.
As sometimes we send link to our client to join chat, is there any chance to link url to old widget? or is is it possible to add logo and footer in new one same as old one?

you can use example.org/chat/startchat to access old one
