Problems using a new Widget on differente server

Hello, i am triying to use the new version of Licehelperchat (3.33) but when i am triying to use the new widget in a page on a different server where the livehelper chat is installed i am having this message on browser console

has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

I am not sure what is the problem. Can help me? please
