Cobrowsing looks like a simple alternative to starting a full zoom session.
I accept that all I will be able to see is the person's browser window, but are there any other limitations I should be aware of?
The context of this question is I want to get approval to spend time installing livehelperchat and testing it, but I don't want to "over sell" it to management.
Are there companies using cobrowsing in production at corporations?
I don't see many bug reports about cobrowsing. That could mean two things: 1) Not many people are using it so there are not many bug reports, or 2) It is really robust and never breaks.

Hi,
It's to hard to say. You can test co-browsing yourself in official website to see how it works or you can use DigitalOcean droplet to have personal demo. Also see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQUaPiO2sT8 it in action.
Main limitation you can't prefill iframes. But the rest seems nice in any case

Please elborate about "prefill iframes". I know what iframes are, but I don't understand a what problem you are referring to.
Offline
co-browsing cannot work with iframes.
