Is it possible for the clients use Telegram.
Hello I just installed yesterday the telegram extension and it wors perfectly, but i could see only the operators can use telegram to response chats from the clients, my question is, Can the clients use telegram to chat directly? Thanks in advance.

I think Telegram is supported just for operators as is supposed user start the chat from the website.

Yes. They can if they chat with your bot

Excuseme, i didn't understand very well, can the clients chat directly with the bot ? this chat can be responsed by the operators?

Well,
You have to have two bots. One bot will be used by operators as you do now.
Another bot will be just as support channel for your visitors
