hide widget
I would like to close the chat session and make the widget invisible after closing the chat. How to do. if someone can help me it would be very nice

rouabah do you want have a invisible widget that can allow visitor to chat only on pro active invite?
I don't know if this is possible and works with the new widget... than you are asking you want the widget to be hidden once the chat session of hidden widget is ended.
I think is better to keep showing the chat and hide only when user refresh because maybe the chat with your customer is ended but user still have issues, still have not solved his issue.
If I'm not remembering wrong an issue i found in the new widget is the hide pro active invitation setting (Disable proactive invitations) in embed code doesn't work, is still showing pro active.

For hidden the widget you can select widget position api in embed code generation but this will hide always the widget to the new visitors.
There is an issue, if you check (on Embed code) to not show pro active, pro active still be showed.

In embed code generation choose widget position api. But proactive in that case also will not work.

Are you sure remdex?
In my test pro active with api embed code works and this is correct (i like) what is not working is if you select in the embed code to not allow (deactivate pro active) also if you check to deactivate pro active are still showed.
