Chatbox is an unmoderated Public Chatroom (unintentional)

Live Helper Chat v 3.30 Installed on Apache server PHP 7.3 via Softaculous / CPanel.

All visitors to my website find my Chatbox which is behaving like an unmoderated public chatroom. I'm not making this up

Visitor opens my chatbox and sees an ongoing conversation taking place between multiple participants and is able to join in the public chat. The only way I can interact is by joining in the public chat myself as another website visitor, or logged in via my Dashboard. 

I can see this might be useful for some, but this isn't what I want. I want each chat particant to chat with me separately with one-chat-window-per-person, not everyone on the same public chat publicly broadcasted !

Hi,

Most likely you have embeded chatbox widget instead of live help widget...

Yes that was exactly what was happening. 

I mistakenly assumed that Chatbox and Live help were the same thing.

So Chatbox is an open public chatroom.  Live help is the closed one-to-one conversation which I should had chosen.
