Explanation of red / green icon states in chat bar

Hi,

I am looking for a definitive explanation of what the red and green states of the send and face icons mean in the chats listed in the top bar illustrated in the screen capture.  I "think" they reflect the user's idle and connected states but want to know for sure.

Thanks,
Xtopher

Re: Explanation of red / green icon states in chat bar

Hi xtopher,
thank you for your question!

In the first image the latest message sent to the user was not read (red icon) but the visitor result to still be online (green user icon).
In the second image the latest message has been read from the user (green icon) but the visitor looks to be offline (red user icon).

Hope now is more clear smile

Great.   Thank you for the explanation.

I was training a bunch of people yesterday, and they asked for the meaning and I could not really say.    I said I would get them a definitive answer.
