Hi
In Email Template, in NEW FAQ Request, what does Reply To field imply. If I Tick the checkbox, where can I observe the changes.
Also, is there any option for sending the visitor a automatic response when he submits a FAQ question that a email has been received by us.

Hi,
1. In your case it does nothing. It's used in another place. Then operator sends an email to user.
2. There is no such feature if you need it fill github feature request.
