Live Helper Chat and OS Ticket 1.14 setup guide
Hi guys,
Just wanting to setup a live helper module for the OS Ticket install at the College I work at.
I have tried to follow the instructions, but they seems to be for earlier OS Ticket versions.
Does anyone have a guide for later versions of OS Ticket (1.14) ?
Any assistance would be fantastic, thank you for such a great product!

Hi,
Yes they are a little old. But you can find same settings on the left menu under modules once you activate an extension.

Thanks for the reply!
Just having a little bit of trouble following them as the OS ticket install doesnt have an extension folder. Does it mean the plugins folder?
I recently updated to OS ticket 1.14 and I cant find an extensions folder. I also kept the old installs (V1.9) and checked them and they don't exist either?
Am i missing something? Any help would be great, thank you

Extensions folder should be like
lhc_web/extension/osticket
