Hello
Impressed so far with the software it has been pretty easy to setup and do some customization however I run into and issue issue with trying to have a old style live chat widget and an embed FAQ on the same web page. If I use the new style of chat widget it works fine with the embedded FAQ. Another combination I found that works is if I use the old style live chat widget and the FAQ widget.
For the failing scenario using the old style chat widget with embedded FAQ the behavior is when the page loads both the FAQ and the chat widget show but then the chat widget disappears. Any ideas in why or how to get this combination to work?
I was using the new chat widget but trying to customize the css style for .btn_secondary using the widget themes - CustomCSS putting the overides in "Widget body additional CSS, takes effect after save box" did not have any effect on the new chat widget but did take effect for the old style. I understand the new style is still in beta and does not have support for some items yet. I probably could go through and override at the installation level however I have various sub-domains for different apps that use different color schemes and figured this would be the easiest way to keep it separate.
Thanks

Hi,
Few things. As for FAQ combining with new/old widget I did not had any problems.
As for themes. You already can style it using themes just as you wrote and for me it also works.
One more thing. You should look directly in embeded widget not on widget preview window.

Hello Remdex,
Thank you for the quick reply. Adding !important to the css worked for having the new widget pickup the override.
For the Page Embedded FAQ combining with new/old widget The issue was when I tried to use the old widget with the page embedded FAQ I have three test web pages I can post links to that cover the following test if you are interested. At this time I don't have authority to post links in this forum being a new member.
Test 1 - page using the page embedded FAQ and old widget showing the issue of the chat widget showing then disappearing
Test 2 - page using the FAQ widget and the old chat widget which works as well
Test 3 - page using the page embedded FAQ with the new widget which works
With the use of !important I will be able to use the new chat widget with the page embedded FAQ so I am not to concerned with the page embedded FAQ/old widget issue other than there are some features of the old widget that are nice that are not in the new widget yet but I should be able to work around them.
Thanks again for the great support and software.
