Prestashop does not show LHC

Hi everyone,
who has experience with a problem in Prestashop - does not show Live helper chat ?

I paste the generated code, both through the HTML module and directly, not showing and whatever i do. But other chat solutions show, no problems.

The latest version of Prestashop is 1.7.6.4 (06.04.2020)

Maybe someone knows the solution?
