telecom sms gateway support

i wanted to add sms feature to LHC and i found the Twilio extension but the business requires sms feature from local number through telecom company in that country,so my question is how can i do that ? is there a way or is it just the Twilio extension ?

Hi omarezzeldin, welcome on the live helper chat forum.
I think you can just use Twilio extension.

You can also navigate into live helper chat settings for example editing department you can setup alerts by email and from operator profile also notification on browser.
I'm just an user who share his basic knowledge and as I use this open source project for a personal website and not a business one i don't use SMS or other particular extension.

I think you will have just develop your own extension or just reuse how twilio works.

You can use SMSala Bulk SMS Provider Service they provide all SMS Extensions
